AWS strives to move the industry forward in both thought and action, as well as inspire new generations to see the exciting career opportunities available today. AWS publishes manuals, textbooks, and papers on brazing, soldering, metallurgy, welding inspection, welding qualification and certification, safety and health for welders, and the widely-used AWS D1.1/D1.1M – Structural Welding Code – Steel.
