The Cargo Services Conference (CSC) is responsible for the development and maintenance of standards for cargo industry procedures.
The Cargo Services Resolution Manual (CSCRM) includes all amendments adopted at the 44th Cargo Services Conference held in March 2016. The CSC Resolutions and Recommended Practices cover topics covering the broad cargo services issues including cargo handling, documentation, procedures, rules and regulations, ULD control, ULD technical specifications, dangerous goods regulations, live animals and perishables regulations, and automation standards Exchange industry information.
