This Plan’s objectives regarding MARPOL Annex VI compliance include providing crews with the management tools needed to prevent atmospheric pollution. Part I provides comprehensive operational guidance and supporting Emission Control Areas (ECAs) reference materials. Part II establishes the documentation and record-keeping framework for evidencing compliance with MARPOL Annex VI.
