IATA BRM – Baggage Reference Manual
The IATA publication is made available in an e-Reader solution called Bookshelf.
The Baggage Reference Manual (BRM) is a one-stop for everyone involved with baggage activities. Whether you are a ground handler, check-in agent, supervisor, claims officer, operations and station manager, training department, head office people, and or if you deal with baggage regularly. It will help you get a better understanding of the big picture of baggage operations and policy while providing insights for each step of the baggage journey.

The IATA publication is made available in an e-Reader solution called Bookshelf. Bookshelf Online is accessed through a browser. The publication can also be accessed with the Bookshelf software application, installed on a computer or tablet. When you get your first IATA Digital publication you’ll create a Bookshelf account, and use that account whether using Bookshelf Online or the Bookshelf application.
