Following the implementation of competency-based training and assessment (CBTA) approach for dangerous goods, the training programs designed per well-defined job functions for all the activities involving dangerous goods, enable equipping the workforce with the required competencies and associated level of proficiencies followed by appropriate assessment to verify that participants are competent to perform the function which they are responsible.
